Atlas Roofing manufactures polyiso insulation and roof cover boards. We use Atlas products in mechanically fastened and adhered systems where a smooth, stable substrate is required beneath the membrane.
BP Canada is a Canadian manufacturer of fibreglass-reinforced modified bitumen roofing systems. Their products are engineered specifically for Canadian freeze-thaw conditions.
Dow is a global leader in building insulation. We specify their polyisocyanurate and extruded polystyrene boards for thermal performance and moisture resistance in commercial roof assemblies.
Henry (A Carlisle Company) manufactures air and vapour barriers, roof coatings, and primers. We use Henry products in new installs, re-roofing, and preventative maintenance applications.
IKO is one of North America’s largest roofing manufacturers. We use their modified bitumen membranes, base sheets, cap sheets, and BUR felts on the majority of our flat roof installations across Ontario.
Posislope manufactures tapered insulation systems designed to create positive drainage on flat roofs. We use them to eliminate ponding water and direct flow toward drains on new installs and re-roofing projects.

Materials by Roof System
4-Ply Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
Multiple layers of asphalt and reinforcing felt built up in alternating plies, finished with a flood coat and gravel ballast for UV and impact protection.
Modified Bitumen (2-Ply)
Two-layer system using a fibreglass or polyester-reinforced cap sheet over a base sheet, applied with torch heat or cold adhesive for a fully bonded waterproof assembly.
TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)
Single-ply reflective membrane installed over rigid polyiso insulation and cover board, with heat-welded seams that form a continuous watertight bond.
EPDM (Rubber Roofing)
Synthetic rubber membrane laid in wide sheets over insulation, adhered or mechanically fastened to the deck, with seams bonded using specialty adhesives and primers.
